Financial Aid Open Sessions 

Join our session for assistance with FAFSA completion, verification, To-Do list resolution, etc. 

       Location: Bear Trax Room (Hannelly Center)

       Every Tuesday: 1:00pm-3:00pm 

       Every Thursday: 2:30pm-4:30pm

       Note: The following dates & times have changed:

Be prepared for the session with the following items (If you do not, we still strongly encourage you to attend to see what option are available to you); 

  • Official photo ID
  • List of items on To-Do List, if applicable
FAFSA Completion 

If you are attending to complete your FAFSA, you will need; 

  • Have your FSA-ID created prior to attending the session, below are the links to the steps on how to create your account.
  • Your social security number (student and parent)
  • Alien registration number, if you are not a U.S. Citizen
  • Your parents* social security number and date of birth 
  • Federal tax returns 
  • W-2's or record of money earned
  • Records of untaxed income

**2021 income/tax information if you are completing the 2023-2024 FAFSA**

Whose Income Information is Needed on the FAFSA

Your answers to questions on the FAFSA form determine Your dependency status determines whose information you need to report when you fill out the FAFSA form.

  • If you鈥檙e a dependent student, you鈥檒l report your and your parents鈥 information.
  • If you鈥檙e an independent student, you鈥檒l report your own information (and, if you鈥檙e married, your spouse鈥檚).
